It is now a Covid-Secure salon following all the latest government and beauty industry regulations. A risk assessment has been carried out and I have gone the extra mile to ensure it is as safe as I can make it. I choose to carry out all of my treatments double masked as well as wearing a face shield and an apron. I clean down the surfaces including the flooring between each session and ventilate the room. I am constantly aware of the changing situation regarding government guidelines.

During this time, you will need to arrive in the waiting area always wearing a face mask. You will also need to leave wearing a face mask. You will be given hand sanitiser to use before you enter the treatment rooms, and the therapist will then advise you as to whether you can remove your face mask depending on the treatment you are having done.

It is helpful if you can bring less belongings with you at the moment, and if you can arrive on time and not too early. However, if you are early then our waiting area shouldn’t be being used by anyone else and you are welcome to come and bring your own book/magazine with you.

The treatment routines have not been compromised in anyway. You will still be receiving the same great treatments in the same relaxing salon environment.

We require a part payment of your treatment in advance to secure your booking, this is non refundable. If you need to cancel for whatever reason then you will need to give us as much notice as possible via email. We require more than 24 hours notice of a cancellation or sadly your non refundable deposit will be taken.

Payment: You can pay via bank transfer, PayPal or when at the salon you can pay using apple pay or all major debit and credit cards including American Express. You will be required to make a part payment in advance to secure your booking.
